Hello Sunshine,

So wonderful to practice with the sunshine today. Gentle yet deep floor work led us to some sweet supported backbends and deep twists today!

Come on by this week I am in house. Next week I am out of town.

NO classes held 25-28th.

I plan on teaching Labor day in the AM only.
