I arrive in your inbox to remind you that I am up by Mt Shasta hosting a retreat for the rest of this week and will not be hosting this Thursday the 11th and Monday morning of the 15th!

But I will be hosting the Monday evening class at 5.30 pm and Thursday the 18th at 9 am.
