I am sorry to say but I woke up with a freight train in my sinuses! I need to kick it to the curb and not push it further down the tracks! I am so sorry to be run down but as you know it happens. I suppose it is my turn.

I have intention to teach Thursday at 9 and I h0pe to see you on Blake or Zoom 9 am.

No news from me means Thursday is ON!

A note from Kat !

I am so late posting this to Facebook, but I am running a retreat in Mt Shasta July 11th-14th with my dear friend Jane Freedman (a yogi, humanistic astrologer) and we have a just a few spots left!

If you haven't been to Mt Shasta it is quite simply, magical! This will be my second time running a retreat here, the first being in 2019 right before the world changed. I have been longing to go back ever since.

Many spiritual seekers refer to Mt Shasta as the base chakra of the planet as her crystalline energy holds deep, centering, energy that is said to awaken the soul.

We will be doing yoga, breath work, sound bowl meditation, fire ceremony, diving into the Akashic Records and deep soul work around the archetypal divine feminine - which is not tied to gender but an energy we all carry within us.

Many believe that our planet has been out of balance and that we are calling back the divine feminine to help us come back to the heart. Remembering that what we seek is not outside of us but within. Returning to a relationship with our bodies, not only our own but Mother Earth's. Moving power from top down power and hierarchy, to power-with and power-within.
