Just a note to let you know I am teaching Monday and Thursday this week. Thanksgiving morning will be an hour and 15 minute benefit class...for you. I am so grateful!

I will be teaching the following week as well Monday and Thursday the 27th and 30th!

I wish you a delicious and delightful holiday filled with ease and joy if our mats do not cross!
