Feelin' red, white and blues !!

...so therefore I am going to seek supreme health as Kathleen suggested.

 I will meet you back on the mat Thursday July 6th . I am better but not my usual spunky sparkly self.

I wish you all a glorious sunny few days  to wave your flags and celebrate the gifts of liberation for all. 

Classes are cancelled for  tomorrow June 29th  and Monday July 3rd .
