Class is cancelled due to illness....

Good Morning !

I am sorry to say that I must cancel classes today Monday ! I woke up with a horrible sore throat and all that goes with it. I will try for Thursday and send another email out to let you know on Wednesday.

I am not teaching on July 3rd as of now so I hope you can come Thursday if class is held!!! OM.

I hope you are well and can roll out your mat for a self directed session today
