Let's get back into the studio this week as the lovely Virgo full Moon graces the horizon. Anchor to change!
Our time on retreat was fantastic and I think my heart is still in Mexico. Mar de jade is just so chill and lovely it felt rough upon reentry.
In light of the weather systems continuing to pour in cooler temperatures I will most probably have the heater running to keep the studio extra warm.
Please stay home if you feel more comfortable without Trent Reznor humming in your ear. I get it!
March is a very mutable month this year. Therefore I am shifting up our class format to
accommodate more breath work and such. This week we will start with asana to conclude with breath work and meditation. Thank you.
