Let the sunshine in!

Two hands together for the higher temperatures blessing the land sea and sky! May your weekend holiday festivities find you sharing a laugh and story with those you love and cherish. It is time to come out and share our heart with the world. I hope you are able to do so in your own chosen way. 

 I will be sharing my love for practice and life this week on Blake or Zoom.

Tuesday start time is 7:45-9:00 am. A deep bow to those who came by for class last week. My teacher is having to cancel last minute etc. due to health emergencies and I understand how changes such as class time and date can feel.  I have been very steady with my teaching practice. The time is ripe for change. I will inform you of the next steady steps at the end of the month. Thank you so much.
