These storms are potent. A blessing and a curse so to speak. We need the water so desperately but wow wow wow this is epic. 

I pray you are all okay. 

Last week I sent you a notice about Kofi's Yoga festival to begin this week. Well he has to  postponed due to his current health status. Poor guy. It has been quite a road back from his surgery early last year. I am sorry if you signed up and perhaps disappointed. The festival will happen at a later date. We get to be like water and flow.  

Classes:

As long as I have power I will be teaching Monday and Tuesday this week AND next week. Come on by or hop on Zoom!
